what to expect when collaborating on a custom piece of art
I WOULD LOVE to collaborate with you and bring your vision to life!
To make our creative journey together as smooth and fun as possible, here is a quick look at what you can expect when you book a custom piece with me:
Phase 1. Consultation & Quote
Brainstorming: We will chat about your ideas, reference photos, and color palettes to make sure we are a perfect match.
Securing Your Spot: Once we agree on the details, I will send over a quick contract. A 50% non-refundable deposit WILL SECURE YOUR SPOT AND AGREED UPON DELIVERY DATE.
PHASE 2. The Design Phase
Rough Sketches: I will send you loose concepts or A DIGITAL mockup to approve the overall VISION AND LAYOUT before I start the final piece.
Your Feedback: We have 1 to 3 rounds of revisions to tweak the sketch until it feels just right.
PHASE 3. The Creation Phase
Sneak Peeks: Once you greenlight the FINAL MOCK UP, I WILL SHARE FUN progress updates along the way!
Final Approval: When the piece is finished, I will send a high-quality preview over for your final approval.
PHASE 4. Payment & Delivery
Settling Up: After you approve the final piece, you will pay the remaining balance (plus any shipping costs). A SHIPPING ESTIMATE CAN BE PROVIDED DURING THE CONSULTATION PHASE AND THEN I WILL SECURELY SHIP YOUR NEW PIECE!
